We offer you competitive quarterly returns which exceed bank term deposit rates. We have a low minimum deposit of $500 and there is no fixed term as your investment earns the full return available from the first day until withdrawal. Investments can only be made using the form contained in the Investment Statement (request for an investment statement).

Capital Mortgage Income Trust also offers flexible mortgage packages to individuals, investors, owner occupiers, companies, trusts and farmers. Applications for mortgage finance should be made direct to the Manager.
